Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Time: Our primary goal is to ensure all your orders get fulfilled as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we will typically ship your order within 1-2 business days but can not guarantee, especially during the busier times of the year. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers: We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
